About Us
About Twin Link Mattress Co.
Twin Link Mattress Co. is a small online mattress shop based in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. It's a brand of Twin Link Enterprises LLC. We started it for renters, students, and young people setting up their first place, who need a good night's sleep without paying showroom prices.
What we sell
- New mattresses and bedding. Budget-friendly bed-in-a-box mattresses, sheets, pillows, and protectors.
- Clearance name-brand mattresses. Many of our name-brand mattresses (for example Casper, Purple, Leesa, Nectar, Helix, and DreamCloud) are used / open-box returns that we source through a liquidation partner. They are cleaned, recompressed, and shipped in a box. Each listing says clearly whether an item is new or a used / open-box return.
- Apartment starter bundles. A mattress, protector, and bedding in one checkout, priced below buying each piece separately.
Good to know before you buy
- Clearance (used / open-box return) items are final sale. They may have slight cosmetic imperfections, and sizing can vary by 2–4 inches. See our Refund Policy.
- Most items ship free by FedEx, compressed in a box, to the 48 contiguous US states. See our Shipping Policy for timelines and exclusions.
- We're an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the mattress brands whose products we sell.
