Processing Time Orders are processed within 7 business days of order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Carrier All mattresses ship via FedEx ground service. Packaging Mattresses arrive compressed and rolled in a box for easy delivery and setup. Allow 24–48 hours for your mattress to fully expand after unboxing. Delivery Area We currently ship to the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days at info@twinlinkllc.com or 704-396-2221. We will file a claim with FedEx and arrange a replacement or refund. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number.
